 How to use Support Website?

QuickBooks Online is a new service which has proven to be very popular quite quickly.  Our focus right now is to ensure provide quick support to customes. We intend to use latest technologies to support our customers. Support website is maintained with Microsoft Sharepoint Technology.
 
To ensure Reckon can provide best support to our customers, Please follow the instructions given below:
  • Accessing latest support documents/articles:
    • Browse to Documents Section >> Click "Online Help". You can find all the documents and article listed here.
  • Found a bug in QuickBooks Online
    • Browse to Lists Section >> Click "Report a Bug". Reckon Support Team constantly look for bugs found by our customers and provide a resolution or workaround. To report a bug, you require to login with your QuickBooks Online Username and Password.
  • Suggestion or Discussion with other users or Reckon Team
    • Browse to Discussion Section Section >> Click "QuickBooks Online Discussion". You can read any thread in the discussion. To contribute you require to login with your QuickBooks Online Username and Password. This discusison forum is monitored by Reckon Team.
